Description *Step to reproduce:*   # Go to Store # new store # Location Code: Mac and North - no other store created with this location # go to setup tab # Enter Customer Charges item and over/short/item ID     *Issue:*   no available items in the drop down.   even if there are items of same location: Mac and North and not a lotted item.       *Accepted:*   All the available item with same location and lotted item should appear
