** Download register prefix
*** On Store App starts
*** When there is new prefix or prefix was updated in i21
** Currently Store App downloads the latest prefix everytime that a new file was created to compare. On McIntosh case PJR xml file were detected every 10 seconds and the prefixes were download every 10 seconds as well.
* Requirements
** On Register
*** If a new prefix were added or updated then Store App should download the latest prefixes.
** On Store App
*** Should send message to i21 that it was able to download updated prefixes on the Store #X
*** When the Store App downloaded the latest prefix it should store those values locally so Store App will not download prefixes every time a new file was detected
