** Posting is now reducing discounts from Item Movements twice
** Posting is not valid when Net Sales = 0 due to 100% discount, but sales quantity stil needs recorded
* Requirements
** Post Net Sales to Item Movements
*** Currently Import and Manual entry is calculating dblTotals correctly as net of discounts
*** Posting Routing is subtracting discounts a second time
** Post 0 Dollar Sales with quantity <> 0
*** Currently this is skipping any items with a 0 price, but in some cases when a product is fully discounted but still has a quantity that was sold.
*** This will result in inventory variances.
