** Unable to post a checkout, get error:
*** The current transaction cannot be committed and cannot support operations that write to the log file. Roll back the transaction.
** If the item price in item movement tab is same as the inventory price, mark up/down becomes null
* Requirement
** Allow posting of data or give proper error messages to correct setup
** If the item price in item movement tab is same as the inventory price, item should be remove from mark up/down tab
