* Objective
** Automate data transmission and resolve errors between handheld scanner and office
* Requirements
** During Receipt Upload
*** Store App should delete HHRCTHDR.txt from local machine when HHRCTDTL.txt has been successfully uploaded.
** During Receipt Import
*** Getting Item Not Found Errors on UPC should not give errors when there are extra/missing leading zeroes on UPCs in Item setup versus Import File
**** Perform string comparison first to find matching i21 Item #
**** If no match, do a numeric comparison to find matching UPC to assign the item.
