We need to add a new menu in the IDP module for adding a new project. Right now it's not very clear how to add a new project as you have to either do this from the Custom Modules screen or open the existing Projects and click New.
# Add a new menu "Add Project" to the Create group.
# When the user clicks on this, we need it to open the Custom Modules screen but automatically simulate the following:
## Clicking on the "Use Custom to train a model with labels and get key value pairs".
## Then simulate clicking "New Project"
## Then the user should be automatically on the "Project Settings" screen.
