Issue: Cannot send email / test email

Steps:
# Go to System Manager -> Company Configuration
# Go to System Manager -> SMTP settings
# Provide necessary information
# Click Test Email
Acceptance:
* Add new encrypted connection setup: TLS 1.2
* Sending of emails should work under that setting
