NOTE: Customer is 18.3
Customer is reporting they are still having issues sending statements out by e-mail.
A patch was applied to correct this issue

Each one got the TLS error pop up but then after the second try it went out.
*Steps:*
1. Go to System Manager > Company Configuration > SMTP Email Settings
2. Enter the following in SMTP Server:
* SMTP Server: smtp.outlook.com
3. Send Test Email
*Issue:*
Encountered error

Should send email without any errors.
