As stated by Pete in GRN-2185, the report "Storage By Discount Factor" must be renamed to "Storage By Dockage and Test Weight".
We also created new filter screen for this report in order to cater filtering for the look up values.
New Menu Name: Storage By Dockage and Test Weight
New Screen: Grain.view.StorageByDiscountFactor
