Error in editing a record in Common Info -> Terms

*Steps:*
Use db:
NCPLLC *and* PGPLLC / Company 99
Go to (Common Info > Terms)
Open a Terms record and modify some values
Click Save
Note: This issue occurs then there an origin db linked to that build

Modifying a record in any screen should not produce any errors.
