Deleting or deactivating contacts in the vendor administration is not working

In the Email of contract displaying the address of the inactive contacts   Steps:   In the Vendor master for the vendor Volcafe Ltd the contacts of Stefan Suter and Sample are inactive   !pastedImage_d114965_0.png!     Issue:   Open a contract of the vendor Volcafe Ltd and click on Email button   In the Email screen in the To address it is displaying the names of Stefan Suter and Sample which are in active   !pastedImage_d114965_1.png!     Acceptance:   In the contract when sending Email it should not display the email address of the contacts which are inactive     II. Not allowing to delete the vendor contacts   Step:   For the vendor Volcafe Ltd,select the contact which is inactive and click on Remove button   !pastedImage_d114965_2.png!     Issue:   Getting message as per the screen shot given below   !pastedImage_d114965_3.png!     Acceptance:   It should allow to remove the contacts which are inactive
