Deadlock issues that is causing to recycle the pools, and close out of Chrome. And he still says he can’t get in so he is rebooting the servers.
I was watching the Worker Processes and noticed this, the ‘cleanupactivescreens’ API is not stopping and just keeps running.

CleanUpActiveScreen should not cause any deadlock and should be terminated immediately after execution.
