CleanUpActiveScreen method is causing deadlock

Description This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket. And he still says he can’t get in so he is rebooting the servers.   I was watching the Worker Processes and noticed this, the ‘cleanupactivescreens’ API is not stopping and just keeps running.   !deadlock.png|height=242,width=1274! !deadlock.png|height=280,width=1230!   {color:#008000} *Acceptance:* {color}   CleanUpActiveScreen should not cause any deadlock and should be terminated immediately after execution.
