Same User role assigned to user in Live and TE environment has different activity

Click the link below to go to Help Desk ticket.   [HDTN-225954 - Cannot add new producer in i21|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live//#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-225954] {color:#333333}JDE customer has reported the below issue in Live environment after it was upgraded to 18.1 version{color}   {color:#333333}{color}For the user *Kosmas Chrysoulis* the user role assigned is *ZCI-C-CENTRAL-FINANCE-KEY-USER* in both Live environment (18.1) and TE environment (17.1) but their activities are different as per the screen shot given below     # For the user Kosmas Chrysoulis in 17.1 version in the TE environment for the screen Vendor there is option of only Open but in 18.1 version in the Live environment he has the option of New also   !pastedImage_d112348_0.png!     !pastedImage_d112348_1.png!     2. In 17.1 version in the TE environment when the user Kosmas Chrysoulis opens the existing vendor record all the fields are disabled but in 18.1 version in the Live environment all the fields are enabled, and he can edit and save it.   !pastedImage_d112348_2.png!     !pastedImage_d112348_3.png!     JDE customer is asking why there is difference between 17.1 and 18.1 version for the same user role?   Please check and confirm
