Description This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket. Restore backup db. See environment.   2. Go to invoices > recurring tab.   3. Open SI-1 and hit recurring.   4. Set next process date to 9/4/2018 and hit process.   + *Actual result:* +   !pastedImage_d104412_0.png!   hit yes but nothing happens.   5. Set next process date to 9/8/2018 and hit process. Recurring will proceed.
