+ *Steps to reproduce:* +
1. Restore backup db. See environment.
2. Go to invoices > recurring tab.
3. Open SI-1 and hit recurring.
4. Set next process date to 9/4/2018 and hit process.

hit yes but nothing happens.
5. Set next process date to 9/8/2018 and hit process. Recurring will proceed.
