{color:#333333}Gabesco has an internal automation procedure for which their contract number format is like{color}
A/3170726-001 for PO and V/4170726-001 for SO and N/2170726-001 for brokerage.
This has below three parts:
A/3 = prefix, 170726 = YYMMDD parameter, 001 = actual number which is resetting each day.
*Solution:*
In Order to achieve above requirement, we need to enhance Starting Number for Contract Management with below points.
# Add ‘Reset Number’ check box – if this is checked actual number will get reset each day from 001 else it will not reset and will work as it is right now.
# Add YYMMDD format in parameter drop down.
