Menus - Original Menus are Not Displayed After Upgrade

Description This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket. Click the link below to go to Help Desk ticket.   [HDTN-215692 - In i21 TE Most menus are blank or only show reports|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live//#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-215692] _Note: You can use the backup db from //jessica//D$/From Drive E/i21 Sencha/i21 Database/Bolin/Bolin173_backup.bak_   *Steps* :   1. Use Bolin db and upgrade from 17.3 to 18.1.   2. Login to i21. Notice that menus before upgrade are not the same/intact.   3. From System Manager > Check the user role menus. Original menus for the user role were not checked.   Edit the user role desciption. Save. Other menus will be checked and will be displayed upon login.   *Issue* : Original menus were not checked for the specific user role and does not reflect upon upgrade/login.   *Acceptance* : Menus of specific user role should be checked/intact after upgrade and login.
