TM Order - Unable to Print Report on First Attempt

Description _Note_: This is encountered in i21 integration only (origin = OFF). You can use the Source db for replication/testing.   *Steps* :   1. Make sure that database to use is newly upgraded. Set the default printer to Snagit or Microsoft XPS for printing.   2. From TM Consumption Site > select and open site from search consumption site screen.   3. If site has NO order yet, create an order by clicking Order > Add Order. Save.   4. Click Order > Print Order. Click OK button in Call Entry Parameter screen.   5. Notice that on the first printing of order, no report or no dialog box for saving the report is displayed. Try printing again the order and the report will be displayed.   *Issue* : Printing the call order for the first time after upgrade or after login will not display the printed report.   *Acceptance* : Should be able to print the call order report on first try after upgrading database.
