Description This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket. Click the link below to go to Help Desk ticket.   [HDTN-210779 - Filter Search |https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live//#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-210779] Issue: Certain Users are not able to filter the menus, in fact filtering the menus will make all the menus disappear and the user has to log out and back in for them to come back.   Resolution: User can filter menus correctly   Steps to reproduce:   1. Login as User "iRelyAdmin"   2. Filter the menus for something   3. Note that the filter is correct   4. Log out and login as user "Emily"   5. Try to filter on this user   6. Note that filtering takes away the whole menu for the user   See video and comments for more info
