*STEPS*
1. Click on yes to download the launcher installer and install

2. Login I21
*ISSUE*
The same message will display again.
Root cause
The Webconfig in i21 folder says 17.4.0.1 while the installer is in the 17.4.0.2.
*Accepted*
Webconfig in i21 folder should reflect 17.4.0.2.
