Make the following changes to the Audit Log screen in Common Info.
# This should basically mimic the Search grid in functionality.
# Remove the "View All" and "View Yours" button and simply show All records by default.
# Remove the Filter text box.
# Include the Record Count in the right corner of the screenn.
# Include a Column filter defaulted with the "User" column.
## The user can type their name or any users name to filter the grid if they want.
