*Steps:*
- Open Recurring Transactions from Common Info
- Insert new transaction
- Select Transaction Type Voucher
*Issue:*
Cannot add Voucher to Recurring Transactions. Get the following Console errror in 99 when trying to add BL-207953 to Recurring Transactions
