** Currently we are defaulting a system wide Portal User Role and then creating a copy for each user
** MCP has many LOB and not all customers will participate in all, which means they will need a unique view of Portal. IE
*** Card Fueling - Person
*** Card Fueling - Business
*** Oil/Lubes
*** Tank Delivery
*** Grain
*** Farm Store
*** Seed
*** And Any combination etc
** MCP will want to be able to set Field level controls for Portal.
*** This is not possible to do effectively for each new customer portal login.
* Requirements
** Need the ability to Create a List of Re-usable Portal Roles
** When Activating a Contact to access portal, they should be able to select the role from a drop down instead of making a copy of the default role.
