Issue: When importing Ship Via, we need to insert entity type "Ship Via" into the the entity that already exists with the same strEntityNo.
Similar to AR-5896.
We do not allow similar strEntityNo in the tblEMEntity. This causes an issue with modifying records and errors during saving.
