Unable to Save in System Manager - Sales Tab

Description See screen below. I'm trying to check mark "GL Impact for Provisional Invoice". However, I am not able to save. It will not save the change. Since I can't save, I'm not able to test the Provisional Invoice Function. This is a high priority as a new large prospect is waiting to see this function working in order to move forward.   !pastedImage_d79896_0.png!
