Menu - Reorganize the Integration menus

Description Make the following changes to the Integration menu:   # Arrange the Activities and Maintenance group as shown in the screen shot below. # Add a "Create" group and add the new menu item that allow the user to easily create new records as shown in the screen shot below. When clicking on this menu, it should not open the Search screen. Instead it should open the actual screen blank and ready for the user to create a new record. # Below is a screen shot of how the menu should look when you make the above changes.   !pastedImage_d79732_0.png!
