Menu - Reorganize the Payroll menus

Description Make the following changes to the Payroll menu:   # Create a new group for "Time Entry" and add the 4 Time Off and Timecard menus alphabetically. # Create a new group for "Payroll Types" and add the 4 Type menus alphabetically. # Arrange the Activities group as shown in the screen shot below. # Add a "Create" group and add the 4 new menu items that allow the user to easily create new records as shown in the screen shot below. When clicking on these menus, it should not open the Search screen. Instead it should open the actual screen blank and ready for the user to create a new record. # Below is a screen shot of how the Payroll menu should look when you make the above changes.   !pastedImage_d79730_0.png!
