*Requirements:*
1. Add Duplicate button in Letter Screen.
2. Additional column in tblSMLetter intSourceLetterId.
*Purpose:*
This is to allow the user to modify the system-defined letter based on their desired layout.
*Process:*
When Duplicated from any of the system-defined letter it will copy the intLetterId to intSourceLetterId of the newly added letter.
On AR side, when intSourceLetterId is not null the datasource of the copied letter will also be the datasource of the newly created letter.
*Limitation:*
When keyword/s added on the letter are not included in the datasource use on the copied letter it will not print all the details based on the layout.
