1. Restore the customers database from
\\fileserver\Projects\i21Web\Databases\Delta
Filename: Delta01_07062017.bak
2. Go to Common Info > Report Messages.
3. Open any of the report messages.
i.e invoice

Message is empty.
!pastedImage_d79225_0.png! Checked tables, the messages are intact. As a workaround, I added each messages manually frontend.
