We currently have a way for each user to set their default Date/Number format. This works good for US based companies but for companies in other countries (like JDE in the Netherlands) they need to be able to set the default Date/Number format globally.
Add the Date Format and Number Format to the Company Configuration screen in the System Manager section. This will allow an Admin to setup a default Date/Number Format for all their users. Then the users could override it if they want through the User Profile screen.
