Enhance the System Information screen with additional details about the users computer.

# Any other details you can get about the users system, hardware, environment or configuration.
We need a way to benchmark the users computer and compare to what we would recommend to run i21 optimally. In other words, a slow Chromebook or Celeron processor with 2-4GB of RAM will run i21 slower than an i5 with 8GB of RAM. We need a way to have a benchmark that we can use to compare a workstation to and display a Green light if their system performs good for i21, Yellow light if their system runs Fair and a Red light if it runs Poor.
It would display one of the following 3 messages (Good, Fair or Poor) depending on how well the test performs.

There is also the option of typing "chrome://system/" in the browser address bar to get more details about the users environment.
