On the "Ticket Pool" screen
the checkbox "Use Pool Single Ticket Series" is not working
When the box is checked "Next Pool Ticket Number" should be used and incremented
When the box is unchecked "Next Ticket Number" should be used and incremented
This check is based on he ticket types, it allows each type to have its own series of numbers
*Edits* - the "Next Ticket Number" cannot be less than "Next Pool Ticket Number"
