Add Delivery Sheet checkbox to Scale Options section in Ticket Entry.
This will indicate that this ticket will be included on the Delivery Sheet that as been created for this vendor.

When the checkbox is selected, validate that a Delivery Sheet has been created for the Vendor. If a Delivery Sheet has not been created, display a message saying "Please create Delivery Sheet for this Vendor."
Hyperlink - Delivery Sheet title so that it will open the existing delivery sheet for the vendor or be able to create a delivery sheet for the vendor.
