+ *Steps:* +
Create a purchase conract
Apply a Inbound ticket to the contract.
Unpost and Delete the Voucher that the ticket created.
Unpost and Delete the IR.
+Open original scale ticket and change quantity.+ Changing the quantity will display a message that the Schedule quantity can not be less than zero. In validating the scheduled quantity, the ticket needs to return the scheduled units before validating the new quantity.
OR
+Open original scale ticket and Distribute.+ On the manual distribution screen, the units available on the contract have already been reduced by the original ticket. It looks like a ticket has already been disributed and/or will reduce the available by double the original ticket. Distributing a reopened ticket should return and display the original ticket uits as Available Quantity.
