*ISSUE:*
Time display is incorrect. Currently, after clicking Gross button or manually entered Gross, Date and Time of Gross and Tare are updated. Collecting the Tare Weight on different Time does not update the time in the report.

*ACCEPTANCE:*
1. Date and Time of Gross and Tare Weight should be updated accordingly.
2. Add a flag (M) beside the Date of Gross and Tare if manually entered the Gross and Tare Weight.
