+ *Steps to replicate:* +
1. Go to Ticket Management > Maintenance > Ticket Format
* Check the Ticket Format Selection (Half Sheet/ Full Sheet) of the format you will use
2. Go to Ticket Management > Maintenance > Scale Station Setting
3. Click the Station you will use > Printing tab
* Check the Number of Copies of your Default Ticket Format
4. Go to Ticket Management > Activities > Tickets
5. Select the Station you will use
6. Create a New Scale Ticket > Distribute
7. Click Print then Save the Ticket
8. Check the Ticket Format and Number of Copies of the Downloaded Scale Ticket
+ *Issue:* +
- The Downloaded Scale Ticket only displays (1) one copy. It should be (3) three copies.
+ *Acceptance:* +
(3) Three copies must be printed
