+ *Steps to replicate* :+
1. On Electron App, Login using User 1.
2. Go to Ticket Management > Maintenance > Ticket Formats
* Create Formats for Full Sheet and Half Sheet
3. Go to Ticket Management > Maintenance > Scale Station Settings
4. Click the Printing tab and Add the Ticket Format = Half Sheet
5. Go to Ticket Management > Activities > Tickets
6. Create a New Scale Ticket > Distribute
7. Log out User 1
8. Log in using User 2
9. Go to Ticket Management > Activities > Tickets
10. Change the Station and Scale Operator to User 2
11. Open the Scale Ticket created on Step 6
12. Click the Print button on the Scale Ticket
* File Explorer must be displayed
* Downloaded ticket must be on Half Sheet Format
13. Go to Ticket Management > Maintenance > Scale Station Settings
14. Click the Printing tab and change the Ticket Format from Half Sheet to Full Sheet
15. Go to Ticket Management > Activities > Tickets and
16. Click the Print button again the Scale Ticket
* File Explorer must be displayed
* Downloaded ticket must be on Full Sheet Format
+ *Issue* :+
- After clicking the Print button, File Explorer is not displayed and no Scale Ticket is downloaded
+ *Acceptance* :+
- File Explorer should open upon clicking Print button on Electron App regardless if its on Half Sheet or Full Sheet format
- Ticket must be able to be downloaded
