Description *Issue* :   Print button does not Open File Explorer     *Steps* :   1. On Electron App, Go to Ticket Management > Tickets   2. Select any record   3. Click Open selected button   4. Click Print button     *Acceptance* :   File Explorer should open upon clicking Print button on Electron App
