Description *This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket:* [ HDTN-335319 - SC-5445 - Displayed Ticket Format for Printing Scale ticket is incorrect|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live/#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-335319]   *Steps to Replicate:*   1. Go to Ticket Management > Maintenance > *Ticket Format*   2. Check the Ticket Format Selection of the Default Ticket Format used by the Scale Station   !pastedImage_d231933_0.jpg!   3. Go to Ticket Management > Activities > Tickets   4. Open a Distributed Ticket   5. Click Print     *Issue:*   - The Ticket Format Selection is Full Sheet but the Printed Ticket displays Half Sheet   !pastedImage_9_19_2023__15_42_38_419.png|height=771,width=1196!   *Acceptance:*   - The Default Ticket Format must be used regardless of the Scale Station having multiple Ticket Formats with Printing Option as On Demand.
