Description + *Steps:* + 1. Go to Ticket Management > Activities > Tickets 2. Click New   + *Issue:* + Screen did not load correctly; Console error is displayed !pastedImage_d215706_0.png|height=295,width=564!   + *Accepted:* + No console error should be displayed. Ticket screen should load successfully.
