Description *Steps*   1. Go to Ticket Management > Activities > Seal Numbers   2. Select any item on the Scale Ticket dropdown     *Issue*   Failed to load data when selecting a Scale Ticket   !pastedImage_d212708_0.png|height=310,width=800!     *Acceptance*   Should be able to select Scale Ticket without erros.
