Issue:
Try to distribute 428368 at 1001, it says "Warning! Ticket number already exists."
There are duplicate ticket number but they are at different locations. Example, ticket 428368 in scale station 1011 & also in station 7000.

Removed the delivery sheet and changed the distribution but it didn't help.
