The issue below is encountered after running all the code and steps from SC-4635
Roth is still getting the message after Updating to 20.1.0721.1433
I need this tested in customer's database. I ran the fix in 99 to unlock the user after the Update but now I get a different message saying that the balance can not be less than zero. I see a strange decimal on the second contract that I can't explain. Math doesn't make sense. I can distribute to the first contract and spot or even the entire balance to the second contract. Just can't distribute to both contracts at the same time.

Acceptance:
Should be able to distribute direct in and out ticket without any errors
