Description *Steps:* Follow steps on [http://jira.irelyserver.com/secure/Tests.jspa#/testCase/ZEC-T382] *Issue:* *This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket:* [ HDTN-275203 - Contract scheduled balance not updated correctly |https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live/#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-275203]   Scale ticket 1495 which was split between two contracts did not update the contract scheduled balance correctly.   The ticket was applied to contract 10176 but on the manual distribution screen, the ticket was split between 10176 and 10180. Initially, the entire ticket was scheduled to contract 10176 but when it was split and posted, the quantity that went to 10180 was scheduled (again) and then removed with distribution. The original quantity scheduled was not adjusted or removed.   Ticket: 1495   !pastedImage_d190098_0.png|height=273,width=570!     IR-5496   !pastedImage_d190098_1.png|height=186,width=553!     Contract History from contract 10176   !pastedImage_d190098_2.png|height=80,width=553!     I have corrected the scheduled quantity via the database but not sure how to prevent this.   *Acceptance:* Warning message "This ticket already has a contract number assigned. Please refresh the ticket" should be displayed when two users assigned a contract to a ticket at the same time
