HDTN-273635 - Can't distribute a direct in ticket once missing data is added to entry screen

Description *Steps:* Follow steps on [http://jira.irelyserver.com/secure/Tests.jspa#/testCase/IRE-T2374] *Issue:* *This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket:* [ HDTN-273635 - Can't distribute a direct in ticket once missing data is added to entry screen|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live/#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-273635]   If the ticket entry screen puts a red line for required information and you enter that data and save the ticket, it will not give you distribute button to finish the ticket. You have to close the ticket; go back to ticket search and re-open it. In this example, I had to add the hauler. Just adds extra steps.
