Issue:
Modify the report
* Remove the gap filler functionality
** The gap filler fills in the gap between the ticket number from the starting ticket number and the ending ticket number that is based on the filter criteria of the report.
** The reason why the gap filler is being removed is because of the performance. There are instances that the gap fills in over 500k ticket numbers thus resulting in poor performance of the report.
* Show what UOM is used in the summary section of the report.
