Issue:
* Add Marketing Fee MT to the left side under MF%. This will be where the _Item Fee_ from the ticket entry screen will display. Represents the MF $ per Tonne that LSM uses. This is separate from dockage.
* Rename the 1% Marketing Fee box to Marketing Fee %
* Add GRADE TERMS on right side under FACTOR. LSM will need to enter the comments from the contract into the COMMENT field on ticket entry. This will drive to the new GRADE TERMS box. E.g CGC #1, Max 10% Moisture, 8% Dockage
* Added later via IM – Fix the spacing between the address/city in upper left corner and PRODUCER’S ADDRESS box.
