*Issue:*
When I try to set the Fee Item in Company Config>Ticket Management, I can select the MF $ per Tonne item and "save" it. When I go out of the screen and back in, the field value has disappeared. See before and after attached screen shots
The item is built as "Other Charge" - See attached screen shots. I am getting this same error in DemoSource.

This is a hosted customer that has not gone live yet.
*Steps:*
1. Add Fee Item to Company Config> Ticket Mgmt
2. Save
3. Close
4. Reopen
*Acceptance* :
Should retain saved Fee Item
