When splits are performed, currently the decimal quantities can go up to 20 decimals
In order to align splits with the decimal precision fix, we need to examine rounding of split values to 4 decimals, if possible
Impact: All affected stored procedures have to be identified and edited in order to ensure split quantities can be rounded off to 4 decimals accurately and any conversions/reconversions work as expected

Delivery Sheet should display 4 decimal places
