*Issue:*
Imported tickets don't seem to bring in the correct discount schedule for the tickets. The user ends up having to change the discount schedule to something else, change it back to the correct one, and then tab through the discounts for the discounts to show up correctly.
Tickets entered manually in the test company are correct. Issue happened on at least the last 2 tickets for David Holthaus (Import files attached) that had Moisture over 13.

1. import from compu weigh
2. run http request
3. check in i21 tickets
4. validate the details - discount schedule
*Acceptance:*
Should display correct discount schedule and discount item details
