Description *This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket:* [ HDTN-263707 - Delivery Sheet lock/unlock seems to run for an hour and hogs the memory|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live/#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-263707]   !pastedImage_d167875_0.png|height=168,width=566!     That resulted to consuming high memory (server maxed to 100% usage)   !pastedImage_d167875_1.png|height=267,width=556!   SQL was fine.
