That resulted to consuming high memory (server maxed to 100% usage)

SQL was fine. I had to recycle the pool so others can run the rest of the system.
This resulted to very high wait time in other areas.

Steps:
Create DS.
Create scale tickets associate it to DS created in step 1
Unlock DS change split
Lock grid
Issue:
Process took about an hour until it was terminated.
Acceptance:
Should be able to lock grid successfully
